2025 m. kovo-balandžio mėn. VGTU inžinerijos licėjus pakvietė šalies mokyklų 3–4 klasių mokinius priimti inžinerinį-kūrybinį iššūkį ir sudalyvauti respublikiniame konkurse anglų kalba „Around the World in Symbols”. Mokiniai kūrė ir konstravo erdvinius pasirinktos anglakalbės šalies simbolių maketus ir savo sukurtus darbus anglų kalba pristatė video formatu. Dalyvaudami konkurse mokiniai lavino anglų kalbos, viešojo kalbėjimo įgūdžius, inžinerinį mąstymą, kūrybiškumą, saviraišką, domėjosi anglakalbių šalių kultūra ir kalba, taip pat ugdėsi gebėjimą planuoti darbą, dirbti savarankiškai ar komandoje.
